Our Operations Team

Alisha joined the Center Street team at the startup of the company with an expansive scope of property management experience, with almost 20 years in the industry. She started out her career in 2004 as a Leasing Consultant, then quickly worked her way to Assistant Manager, Manager, and most recently prior to Center Street, she was a Regional Manager. This gives her a very broad and thorough understanding of all aspects of property management at every level and helps to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful execution of projects.  Alisha's versatile management experience includes overseeing market rate communities, successful lease-ups, properties undergoing renovations, low-income housing, and housing for homeless veterans. Throughout the course of her career at every property she's overseen she's been able to strategize, problem solve, and develop relationships with residents and employees to maintain high occupancy and revenue growth. Alisha has also spent a lot of time developing and training employees to help them be successful in their careers. She's had multiple people under her wing who have moved on to be accomplished managers and regional managers.

Education:

Tom currently oversees financial reporting and accounting for all rental and homebuilding operations for multiple real estate companies. Prior to that, Tom spent 11 years with national home builder, first as a Divisional Controller in Nevada, and then as a Regional Controller in Utah. After graduation, Tom spent two years with Arthur Anderson working with their audit division in Salt Lake City.

Jared is the Controller for Center Street, and also does accounting for a local development company. He previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank and has 16 years of financial industry experience. His responsibilities include a variety of accounting, financial reporting, and financial duties.

Hannah Pingree is the Business Development Manager at Center Street Property Management, where she works with property owners and developers to identify opportunities and build relationships. With a background in business, marketing, and real estate, she brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to her work. She enjoys connecting with people, learning about their goals, and helping find solutions. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys running, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and family.

Yurii joined Center Street in early 2024 after emigrating from Donetsk and Kyiv, Ukraine. Prior to Center Street, Yurii worked in accounting for Oak Management (a division of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) for 17 years, preparing monthly financial statements and reports, and managing department budgets.

Sarah began her career in property management in 2024 after graduating from the University of Utah with a BFA in Photography, starting as a Resident Service Coordinator and Leasing Agent. She was quickly promoted to Leasing Manager, where she gained valuable experience in day-to-day operations and team leadership. In 2026, she joined Center Street as an Operations Assistant, continuing to grow her skills in a company that values collaboration and innovation. Sarah enjoys that no two days are the same and appreciates learning more about the ever-evolving world of property management.
